A Season to Remember with GYO

For the past three years, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing the young athletes of the Gilmanton Youth Organization (GYO)—and I can honestly say, this is one project I always look forward to.

GYO holds a very special place in my heart. It is the center of my community’s youth athletic life, and is also where my own kids have learned, and played. I’ve had the honor of serving on the board of directors for this organization, as well as coaching some incredible kids.

This year, I kicked off the season with GYO Basketball in January, followed by GYO Softball this spring. One of the things I value most about this project is being able to offer high-quality athletic portraits at an affordable price for families. Every kid deserves to feel like a star in front of the camera, and every parent deserves to have keepsake memories of these milestone seasons.

Being behind the camera for GYO is more than just another session on the calendar—it’s a project I look forward to every single season. I love watching these athletes grow, season after season, and I’m so grateful to be part of telling their stories through photos.
